Moro Blood Orange

The Moro blood orange is the most common pigmented orange available in the United States with a jucy, pleasant flavor. The pigmentation is consistant and it is easy to peel with very few seeds. The fruit is a little smaller than other blood oranges but the tree is very productive. The tree is medium sized  with a round head and it is extremely vigorous with large crops in alternating years. The fruit grows in clusters near the outside of the canopy and is very pretty to behold.
